Principal & General Contractor Ben started at 15 in his family's kitchen and bath showroom business. He spent years listening to homeowners talk about what went wrong—delays, dropped details, materials that didn't hold up.
Now, as the builder behind The Builder's Reserve, he uses that experience to channel the best products and service to clients. His standard is simple: Would I put this in my house or my project? If the answer is no, we don't carry it.
He's a New Hampshire-based general contractor and real estate investor who knows materials and field challenges inside-out. When something needs to pivot on-site, he's already three steps ahead.

Whether building from scratch or renovating what's there, she knows how to balance aesthetic appeal with high functionality.

He has extensive experience in all phases of construction and excels at leadership on job sites. From managing materials and plans to directing subcontractors and communicating with clients—Mark is the guy keeping everything on track.

Lead Carpenter Dan takes the lead on cabinetry and installation, sharpening his craft to elevate finish work to magazine-worthy standards.
Though his domain is millwork and mouldings, he's also OSHA 30 certified and helps ensure job sites follow strict safety standards. He's the reason the details look flawless—because he approaches every install with precision and care.

Account manager Erin's background in property management and real estate makes her a natural fit for The Builder's Reserve.
With so many right-brain creatives in the mix, she's the pragmatic balance that keeps all projects in order and accounted for. She handles client and vendor accounts, manages company projections and meetings, and keeps the numbers straight so the creative team can focus on design.

Marketing manager Max makes sure the people who need The Builder's Reserve can actually find it. From marketing and customer outreach to social media management, she translates the intricate details of construction and finishes into messaging that connects with both trade professionals and everyday buyers.
Whether it's prospecting new relationships or creating content, her goal is to make sure the client feels supported and informed.
